Corporate Travel Management is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for Australia and New Zealand. You will report to the CFO ANZ and lead the ANZ finance team, driving financial performance, governance and continuous improvement across reporting, close cycles and external audits.
The role requires CA/CPA qualification with 10+ years' experience in large corporate or listed environments, strong tax and accounting knowledge, and a collaborative leadership approach to deliver business

As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the CFO for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and play a key role in supporting the financial performance and integrity of CTM’s ANZ business. You will lead the ANZ Corporate Finance team, overseeing financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes, variance analysis, management reporting, statutory disclosures, external audits, cash flow forecasting, tax and treasury requirements.
A key focus of the role will be ensuring the integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, maintaining alignment with International Accounting Standards and delivering accurate month-end reporting within four business days.
You will partner closely with Finance leadership, the broader business and onshore and offshore support teams to strengthen financial processes, improve efficiency and leverage technology to deliver better outcomes.
