Job summary

Carroll Consulting Group in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Head of Finance to own reporting, forecasting, cash flow visibility and financial control. You will work directly with the Managing Director, leadership team and board to translate numbers into strategic decisions.

Based in inner east, Stones Corner with a move from Morningside soon, this role suits someone pragmatic, fast-moving and able to bring structure to a maturing finance function.

• Lead the finance rhythm across reporting, forecasting, cash flow, month-end, controls and compliance.
• Deliver clear monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboards and forecasts.
• Provide practical variance analysis and financial insight.
• Improve cash flow forecasting and working capital discipline.
• Support board reporting and senior leadership decision-making.
• Analyse performance, margins, pricing and commercial risk.
• Strengthen controls, data integrity and finance processes.
