Job summary

Flourish Australia is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our finance team at Sydney Olympic Park, with hybrid work-from-home arrangements available. The Financial Accountant supports the Financial Controller in producing high-quality external reports, maintains internal controls, and aids governance up to the Trial Balance.

You will collaborate across the Finance Team and with business partners.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• 2-4 years' experience in financial accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller in external financial reporting.
• Maintain internal control environments and governance up to Trial Balance.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team and business partners.
• Assist with funding contracts and governance responsibilities.
