Greater Dandenong City Council is seeking a Finance Business Champion Lead for the Core Systems Replacement project in Dandenong, VIC. The role focuses on shaping future-state finance processes, supporting testing and readiness, and ensuring governance and reporting during the transition.

The position is hybrid, temporary full-time (12 months) with potential extension, offering a Band 7 salary range of AUD 112,119–125,458 per year plus super.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in finance operations, governance, controls and reporting.
• Experience supporting finance system implementations or replacements.
• The ability to analyze business processes and align them to standard system functionality.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience planning and conducting testing activities and validating business outcomes.
