Job summary

Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation in Canberra/Sydney is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Specialist to drive the ongoing development of CSC’s finance systems and deliver reliable insights for decision-making.

You will partner with Finance, Technology and the wider business to translate requirements into effective system solutions, focusing on data, reporting, and process improvements with a strong delivery focus.

Qualifications

Experience gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements to translate them into system solutions.
Ability to facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and help stakeholders articulate needs.
Experience delivering system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformation projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
Experience supporting finance, management reporting, budgeting or planning processes.
Collaborative approach and curiosity about how systems improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead system improvements and projects from requirements through to delivery.
Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver system and process enhancements.
Configure and enhance TechnologyOne and other finance systems.
Develop reporting, dashboards and workflows.
Collaborate with Technology teams and suppliers on upgrades and enhancements.
Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve data quality and controls.
Drive system adoption through training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
