Job summary

Stone Recruitment is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to drive the operation, support and improvement of a complex finance ERP environment across a national business. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a five-person team and play a central role in an enterprise-wide ERP replacement.

You will own BAU systems, translate business needs into practical system solutions, manage vendor relationships and ensure strong controls and data quality through month-end processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting a complex finance ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controls.
• ERP implementation or major upgrade experience, including UAT and migration.
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Relevant degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five across finance systems support and delivery.
• Own and improve finance systems, integrations and vendor relationships.
• Represent Finance across ERP design, testing, migration, cutover and go-live.
• Improve controls, data quality, reporting and month-end processes.
• Translate business needs into practical system and process solutions.
