Cotton On Group in Geelong is seeking a highly organised Finance Officer to support day-to-day financial operations across a diverse portfolio of entities. You'll collaborate with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate records, manage bookkeeping activities and assist with taxation and compliance.

The role involves reconciliations, regular reporting, and process improvements while protecting confidentiality and building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and finance administration.
• Proficiency with MYOB and Excel.
• Understanding of BAS, GST and tax/compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
• Perform reconciliations and assist with regular financial reporting.
• Support taxation, compliance, and month-end processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely information.
