Job summary

Richard Lloyd Recruitment – Sydney CBD NSW is assisting a growing NFP in finding a Finance Officer for a 6-month contract, four days per week in a hybrid setup. You will support a small finance team with core transactional tasks and month-end activities.

The role includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and month-end journals. Immediate start; Working Holiday Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional processing within a finance role (Accounts Clerk/Assistant Accountant/Finance Officer).
• Available to start on one week’s notice or less.

The Role

This Finance Officer position is a 6-month contract role, working 4 days per week. This is a broad role in a small finance team for a hands-on Junior accountant. Your duties will include:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Month-end journals

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Officer position, you will have prior experience working in an Accounts Clerk, Assistant Accountant, or Finance Officer position which includes transactional processing as well as month-end.

Our client needs someone who is available to start on one week’s notice or less.
