Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Finance Officer in Melbourne responsible for end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, cash allocations, month-end activities and supporting financial reporting. You will maintain supplier and customer master data and provide statutory compliance support.

• Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer, or similar finance role
• Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry is essential
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA qualified or actively working towards your CPA
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end processes
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with Pronto
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
• Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
