Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Finance Officer in South Yarra, VIC 3141 for a 5‑month temporary assignment. You will support the transactions team with debt collection of tuition fees, entry and payment processing of invoices, and supplier reconciliations in a busy finance environment.

Candidates should have at least 4 years in accounting, a careful, data‑driven approach, and strong Excel skills. Netsuite or Oracle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the accounting domain.
• Analytical approach, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Netsuite or Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Entering invoices and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reviewing accounts payable entries for data accuracy.
• Initiating new suppliers and adding them to the system.
• Debt collection, banking, allocations, receipting and vendor reconciliations.
• Other administration and accounts duties as required.
