Job summary

empire group seeks a motivated Finance Operations Officer to join the Milton office in a full-time capacity. You will support the Finance team by generating meaningful reports from Excel to inform operational and strategic decisions.

You will produce client statements, collate data from financial statements for management and compliance reporting, and assist in preparing Excel tables and reports. The role involves reconciliations, report consolidation, and general admin support.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Intermediate MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, H/V lookups).
• Tertiary qualification in business/economics/commerce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Any work experience in finance will be viewed favourably.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in finance & accounting.
