The Opportunity

As a Finance Manager in our Property Finance team, you'll take ownership of the financial performance of a portfolio of retail assets on a 12 month FTC. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll work closely with Centre Managers, Asset Managers, and fellow finance professionals to deliver accurate actuals, forecasts, and budgets that drive smarter business decisions. You'll be part of a customer-focused, high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and precision. With the support of modern technology and streamlined processes, you'll provide timely financial insights that help shape strategy and enhance asset performance.

You will make an impact by:

• Managing financial reporting across a portfolio of retail assets, including month-end, year-end, BAS, GST reconciliations, and tax forecasting.
  
• Leading budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with Centre and Portfolio Managers to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
  
• Delivering insightful management reporting with variance analysis and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Driving operational excellence by improving processes, automating reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of property finance activities.
  
• Building strong relationships across the business, translating financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CA/CPA certification.
  
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial or management accounting, ideally within the retail property sector.
  
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with reporting tools such as Yardi and TM1.
  
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, with excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• High attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement
