Job summary

Paratus Clinical is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations, reporting and governance. You will own month-end close, prepare financial statements and partner with the CFO to support strategic decisions.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and compliance, with oversight of AP/AR/payroll and general ledger. A hands-on, collaborative professional is ideal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance role, including financial accounting and/or clinical trial financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualification and strong statutory reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and accounting systems skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, management reports and performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and modelling.
• Managing statutory reporting, taxation and compliance obligations.
• Overseeing AP, AR, payroll, billing and general ledger activities.
• Partnering with the CFO and senior leaders to provide financial insights.
• Mentoring junior Finance team members and driving process improvements.
