Qualifications

• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial control expertise.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Proven people leadership and team development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, monthly forecasting, and month-end reporting for the Fuel business.
• Provide clear financial reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights.
• Analyse drivers such as volume, margin, pricing, inventory and working capital.
• Partner with senior Retail and Finance leaders on planning and scenarios.
• Lead evaluation of business cases, capital proposals and initiatives.
• Drive improvements to financial reporting, processes and controls.
• Maintain strong governance and compliance.
• Lead and develop four direct reports.
• Support broader Fuel and Group priorities as needed.
