Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee fixed assets and lease accounting within a large, complex environment. You will lead fixed asset and lease reporting, drive process improvements, and strengthen internal controls across the function.

Based in Sydney's North area with a hybrid work setup, you will manage offshore processing teams, support audit and statutory reporting, and partner with key stakeholders to maintain balance sheet integrity.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong fixed assets and lease accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large, complex or shared services environment preferred.
