Wood Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to own cost analysis, reporting, and financial systems across multiple business units. The role offers $150,000 + super and a hands-on opportunity to shape finance processes while delivering strategic commercial input.

You will build group-wide costing frameworks, drive profitability analysis, manage WIP and fixed assets, and support budgeting and forecasting. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• CA, CPA or CMA (or working towards) preferred.
• 3-5+ years' experience in finance, cost accounting, or project accounting.
• Experience with costing, variance analysis, WIP, and budgeting.
• Background in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or similar industries is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with mid-to-tier-1 ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, Pronto or MYOB Advanced.
• Confident working with data and providing practical commercial insights.
