You will lead a small local team and oversee offshore AP, driving month-end, balance sheet integrity and controls in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
You should be a CA or CPA with solid technical accounting, payroll experience, and a proactive approach.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this newly created Finance Manager role will take ownership of the core financial accounting function and help build stronger processes, controls and reporting across the organisation.
This is a hands-on accounting role. The immediate priority is getting the foundations right: improving month-end, strengthening balance sheet control, resolving accounting issues and making better use of the finance systems.

You’re a qualified CA or CPA with strong financial accounting experience and the ability to operate effectively in a changing environment.
You may already be a Finance Manager, or you could be an experienced Senior Financial Accountant ready to step into your first management role.

Prior experience in a PE environment is advantageous. Healthcare industry experience would be useful but isn’t essential. Experience in other labour-intensive sectors such as retail, staffing, logistics, facilities management or similar environments could translate well.
