What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate and manage firmwide ADM hours, spend, and variance to budget.
  • Support implementation of the firmwide ADM strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals and assist with the Month End process.
  • Prepare and manage Forecast and Budget processes for responsible Operating Units.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Partnership teams on financial forecasts and budgets for the Partner cohort, providing financial support to the Head of Finance and Head of Partnership for sound commercial decisions.
  • Provide key insights and strategic guidance during Leadership, Partner, and Director calls to support informed decision‑making and alignment with business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
  • Must possess a degree and have completed either CA or CPA qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills, alongside strong people skills to coach and adapt to different working styles.
  • Demonstrated ability as a strong project manager who is deadline‑driven, capable of handling competing priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to strategically advise leadership on business challenges and opportunities; self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly systems literate, with experience in Alteryx, Power BI, and Anaplan highly valued.
