Healthy North Coast Limited seeks an Associate Director, Financial Control to lead finance operations, reporting, compliance and strategic analysis across the region. You will influence organisational strategy, strengthen financial performance and support better health outcomes for communities from Tweed Heads to Ballina.

This hybrid role offers opportunities to shape funding and revenue diversification and deliver meaningful public health impact.

Formación

• Postgraduate finance and/or accounting qualification and/or 10+ years of senior management experience.
• CPA/CA designation or equivalent post graduate qualifications.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to drive measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial operations, reporting, compliance and strategic analysis.
• Shape financial sustainability and future direction for Healthy North Coast.
• Develop funding strategy and advise on cash management to secure resources for health outcomes.
• Influence organisational strategy and drive revenue diversification.
• Deputise for the Director when required and manage stakeholder engagement.
