Role Overview

As our Finance Director, you are responsible for leading the financial strategy and alignment with the broader corporate objectives. This role oversees all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis to support sustainable growth and informed decision making. You ensure that financial reporting is done accurately and in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, while proactively managing financial risks and safeguarding company assets. Acting as a key advisor to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations that shape the direction of the business in addition to managing capital and cash flow to optimize financial performance to support long term value creation. You will work closely with, and lead a high performing team, championing operational excellence, ethical governance and continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial governance, internal controls and risk management across the business.
  • Partner with business units to deliver performance insights and drive strategic improvements.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance and external audit processes.
  • Manage legal affairs, corporate secretarial duties and business insurance coverage.
  • Contribute to major transformation projects, including systems, M&A and projects.
  • Optimise finance team structure and prepare for future organizational evolution.
  • Ensure effective treasury, cash flow and finance related relationships.
  • Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure statutory & regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
  • Senior financial leadership experience in a global business, preferably with manufacturing and sales environment.
  • Experience in presenting business and financial reporting / analysis at board levels.
  • Excellent communicator, open-minded and bringing positive energy.
  • User knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
  • A passion for achieving outstanding results.
