Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• 2+ years in financial accounting or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
• Partner with finance and operations to improve performance and outcomes.
• Provide financial analysis on profitability, labour recovery, cost rates, P&L.
• Manage accounts receivable activities including debtor reporting and cash flow.
• Assist with taxation compliance (BAS, Payroll Tax, FBT and others).
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and controls.
• Support month‑end/year‑end reporting, audits and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes.
