Job summary

TOM People and I is partnering with a leading national logistics organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across multiple distribution centres in Western Sydney, with high visibility to DC operations and senior stakeholders.

You will provide commercial insights, drive cost-saving initiatives, support business cases, and travel regularly to distribution centre sites as required.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial finance experience.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting.
• Partner with DC leaders to improve operational and financial performance.
• Analyse labour, logistics, and supply chain costs.
