Job summary

TOM People and I are partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Finance Business Partner - Manufacturing. This high-impact role covers multiple production sites across Victoria and focuses on partnering with site leadership to drive EBIT growth.

You will own reporting, budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis, delivering insights on labour, production costs and performance drivers while building robust financial models to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with manufacturing or supply chain finance experience.
• Proven budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve site performance and profitability.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will partner closely with operational leaders across multiple manufacturing sites, providing financial insights and commercial support to improve performance and drive strategic outcomes. This is a visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approach to problem solving.
