Job summary

Weploy in Melbourne’s South East region seeks a Finance Business Partner (CA/CPA) with Big 4 exposure to take commercial ownership across multiple sites. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, analyse contracts, prepare high quality financial reports, and use BI tools to improve data integrity and visibility.

This hands-on role collaborates with operational leaders to drive performance, identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver actionable insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification
• Big 4 background spanning audit, forensic accounting, disputes advisory or corporate finance
• Experience in industry, ideally within sport, leisure or wellness or a similar operational business
• Confidence engaging with non finance stakeholders and operational leaders
• Solid grounding in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
• A proactive mindset and genuine curiosity about how a business runs, not just how it reports
