Job summary

Atlas Partners supports a leading public health hospital in Melbourne seeking a Finance Business Partner. The role provides financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders, evolving with the organisation’s growth.

The incumbent will partner with executives, build driver-based models, and drive profitability improvements while supporting planning and executive reporting. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification is required.
• Experience partnering with senior management in FP&A.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to provide financial expertise and insights.
• Coordinate annual budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and strategic planning.
• Create monthly business performance reporting of key metrics.
• Build driver-based financial models and provide regular executive reporting.
• Drive profitability improvements through cross-functional initiatives.
• Support continuous process improvement.
