Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Commercial to act as a trusted advisor to Commercial Heads across Food, Bars, and Accommodation. Turn large data sets into actionable performance insights and partner on pricing, promotions, and supplier negotiations.

You will work with Commercial, Operations and FP&A to manage P&L items, category costs, and annual budgets while driving reporting improvements and new ways of working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills using Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1 and Google reporting tools.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly insights, evaluate pricing and promotions, and advise on risks, opportunities, and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations and FP&A to manage P&L items, category costs, and annual budget submissions.
• Streamline reporting, optimize systems, and bring innovative methods to support a growing business.

As a Finance Business Partner - Commercial, you'll act as a trusted commercial advisor to Commercial Heads of department across Food, Bars, and Accommodation. You will turn high volumes of complex data into actionable performance insights and partner directly on pricing, promotional activity, category performance, and supplier negotiations.

• Deliver weekly and monthly insights, evaluate category pricing and promotions, and advise on commercial risks, opportunities, and supplier negotiations.
• Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and FP&A teams to manage P&L line items, category costs, and annual budget submissions.
• Streamline reporting, optimize systems, and bring innovative ways of working to support an evolving business.

What do we need from you

• CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google reporting tools.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and translate it into simple, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving and cross-functional business partnering.
