Job summary

TwoScots Recruitment in Melbourne seeks a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. Reporting to the GM FP&A, you will partner with senior leaders across multiple business units to drive commercial performance and embed finance into operational decisions.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, deliver insightful analysis, and influence stakeholders as a trusted advisor during the ongoing finance transformation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the GM FP&A, this Finance Business Partner role is a key position within a newly built FP&A function. You will partner closely with senior leaders across multiple business units, providing commercial insights, driving performance, and embedding finance into operational decision-making.

This is not a traditional, process-driven role- success in this position comes from your ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor to General Managers.

You will play a critical role in shaping financial planning, improving business performance, and driving the ongoing evolution of finance within the organisation.
