Job summary

Michael Page Australia is partnering with a large, values-driven organisation in Queensland to hire a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will support commercial decisions with budgeting, forecasting and insightful analysis.

This permanent, full-time role offers exposure to ERP systems, advanced Excel, and meaningful stakeholder engagement, with salary up to $120K plus Super.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience.
• Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/finance systems exposure.
• CA or CPA qualification, or working towards completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial and financial advice.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Deliver month-end reporting, analysis and commentary.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.
• Assist stakeholders to understand financial performance and inform decisions.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and management reports.
