About the Role

As a Finance Broker, you'll be responsible for helping customers secure the right loan solutions for their vehicle needs. You’ll manage the process from enquiry to settlement, ensuring every customer receives a high-touch, stress-free experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across both B2C and B2B2C channels while contributing to Rodar’s mission to simplify the car buying and finance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and match them with the best loan options across a panel of lenders
• Manage finance applications from start to finish—including submission, follow-ups, and settlements
• Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process
• Maintain strong lender relationships and stay up to date with products, policies, and industry trends
• Support the car buying team with finance insights and customer coordination
• Develop new referral partnerships and inbound opportunities alongside the team
• Ensure all processes are compliant, efficient, and customer-focused

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in asset finance, vehicle lending, or consumer finance
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or currently studying)
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset
• Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple applications at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Familiarity with lender portals, broker CRMs, and compliance requirements
• Clean credit history and police check
