Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a Finance Analyst - Warehouse to join our Southbank team. You will partner with warehouse leaders to deliver insights, lead budgeting for warehouse and 3PL, and produce KPI dashboards to drive cost efficiencies.

Your work will span Supply Chain, Commercial, FP&A, and S&OP, with a focus on continuous improvement. Your expertise in finance and logistics, advanced Excel, and SAP will support robust financial governance and strategic decision‑making in a dynamic

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
• Experience in finance, logistics, warehouse operations or supply chain finance.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational stakeholders.
• Strong commercial understanding of warehouse, supply chain and 3PL cost structures.
• Advanced financial modelling, variance analysis and KPI reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• SAP or similar ERP experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse leaders and operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across warehouse and 3PL operations.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting, variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor warehouse costs and identify risks, opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Develop financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Support business cases, capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Validate 3PL costs and invoices to improve transparency and cost accuracy.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and reporting integrity.
• Provide financial support across Supply Chain, Commercial, FP&A and S&OP.

How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Finance Analyst - Warehouse, based at our Southbank office. Reporting to the Finance Manager - Supply Chain, you will provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and commercial support across our warehouse operations, including internal and third-party logistics activities.

Key elements of your role will include:
