Job summary

T+O+M Executive is seeking a highly analytical Finance Analyst to join our Sydney team. This role suits someone who enjoys working with large data sets, performing reconciliations, identifying trends and improving reporting processes.

Your day-to-day will include supporting month-end and management reporting, developing dashboards and analytical tools, and driving automation across finance functions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, Reporting or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query.
• Strong experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Excellent reconciliation, consolidation and problem solving skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical capability.
• Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations and consolidations across multiple data sources.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify insights and trends.
• Support month end and management reporting.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Develop reporting models, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
