Job summary

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action is seeking a Finance Analyst (Trust Funds and Frameworks Management) in Victoria. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining budget frameworks, controls and standards to improve fiscal performance and report on fiscal risks, with emphasis on Trust funds management.

Candidates will support training and guidance for budget frameworks management, with a degree in accounting, finance or commerce desirable and strong analytical,

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance or commerce or equivalent is desirable
• Knowledge in best practice budgeting within government and knowledge of the Financial Management Act is preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting and administration utilising financial systems and tools.
