Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Finance Analyst within the Operations team at Bells Creek, QLD. You will partner with Operations and the broader Finance teams to drive performance through timely reporting, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate operational and financial reports.
• Analyse production, labour, yield, waste and overhead variances.
• Identify root causes and work with Operations on corrective actions.
• Provide Cost of Conversion analysis and product costing.
• Support NPD and product performance decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Lead monthly cost centre reviews and explain key cost drivers.
• Support budget delivery, month-end close, planning and forecasting.
• Maintain strong plant accounting and financial controls.
• Support inventory, stocktakes, CapEx, POs and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accurate master data.
