Reo Group is seeking a Japanese-speaking Financial Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a global finance team. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Australia and Japan, providing insightful financial analysis and robust reporting.
You will work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, supporting month-end processes and collaborating on automation and system enhancements.

This Financial Analyst will join the Budget & Reporting team and provide additional capability across budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis.
Working within a global organisation, you will have exposure to senior finance stakeholders including the CFO, while also regularly partnering with overseas entities. This is a hands-on role that combines financial analysis with reporting and month-end support, providing an excellent opportunity to develop broader commercial finance capability.
The role would suit a Japanese-speaking finance professional who enjoys working with data, understands the ways of working within Japanese organisations and can confidently communicate financial information across both Australian and Japanese stakeholders.
You are a native Japanese-speaking finance professional with experience across financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. An understanding of Japanese corporate culture and ways of working will be important, alongside strong analytical capability, attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. You enjoy working across both financial analysis and reporting and are looking for an opportunity to broaden your exposure within a global organisation. CA/CPA qualifications or relevant tertiary studies will be advantageous but are not essential.
