Job summary

Dixon Appointments Pty in Melbourne seeks a commercially minded Finance Analyst to deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis in a business partner environment. You will provide insights, variance analysis and commentary to support decision-making, and collaborate with stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

This role offers a 50/50 hybrid working arrangement and job security in a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualified, or currently studying.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and large dataset analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.

You are a commercially minded Finance Analyst with strong analytical capability and experience supporting business decision-making through high-quality financial reporting and insights. You are comfortable working in a business-partnered environment and enjoy improving processes and ways of working.

• CPA or CA qualified, or currently studying
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
