Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Australia to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, and develop predictive analytics to inform operational decisions.

You will identify key drivers of performance, monitor results against targets, and provide commercial decision support to leaders. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential in collaborating across teams and ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and post graduate qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics
• CPA/CA (or progress towards) is preferred
• Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
• Current CV and a cover letter detailing alignment with the essential requirements
• Successful applicants require a mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
• Child-facing roles require successful completion of a Working with Children Check
