Job summary

WorkPac Group in Weipa, Far North Queensland, is seeking a Grader Operator to support a large-scale earthworks project. You will operate graders, perform pre-start checks, and help meet project timelines in a production-driven environment.

The role offers a 2/1 roster (day shift) with FIFO options from Brisbane or Cairns and paid travel time. You will need an RII Grader ticket, G1/Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain), and a current Australian driver's license.

Qualifications

• RII Grader ticket essential.
• G1 & Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain.
• Current Australian driver’s licence required; right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate graders on a large-scale earthworks project.
• Work within a production-driven environment to meet project timelines.
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment to site standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements.
• Be part of a high-performing crew through project completion.
