Job summary

Civil Mining & Construction Pty Ltd (CMC) is seeking a Final Trim Excavator operator for a permanent, long-term project north of Marlborough, near Rockhampton. The role offers a stable career path, competitive hourly rates with penalties, and meals and accommodation.

Ideal candidates are located within a 4-hour drive of Marlborough and hold an HR licence with RII Excavator certification, plus experience with Trimble GPS and TMR-driven roadworks. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• HR licence required.
• RII Excavator certification required.
• Experience with Trimble GPS systems desired.
• Final Trim experience on highway upgrades/major roadworks preferred.
• Background on projects using TMR specifications preferred.
• Experience in Civil Construction project environments encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate Final Trim Excavator on highway upgrades/major roadworks.
• Work safely and in line with project specs and timelines.
• Contribute to project delivery across multiple sites within the area.
• Attend medical, drug and alcohol testing and fitness assessment as required.
