Job summary

RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Discharges Officer to accurately calculate final payments for discharged residents in our retirement living and aged care homes in NSW.

You will review contracts, investigate payments, and ensure compliant, timely settlements in a fast-paced, not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a discharges function or relevant accounts payable or commissions calculations role.
• Proven accounts payable or commissions calculation experience in a fast-paced role with high volume.
• Proven experience with commercial accounting software and the ability to read and interpret legal contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate final payments for discharged residents of our Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care Homes.
• Investigate payments, interpret contracts and determine the amount payable.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant settlements in a high-volume environment.
