Key Responsibilities:

• Operate filling machines in accordance with production schedules and quality standards
• Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as necessary
• Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Document production data accurately and report any issues to management
• Assist in machine setup and changeovers to optimise efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating filling or packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a manual or semi-automated setting
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong GMP/HACCP knowledge
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are desirable
