Job summary

Cleanaway is hiring a FIFO Waste Vehicle Operator to fly in and out of Perth and work a 2:2 roster at Wheatstone, WA.

You will operate a diverse fleet (Front Lift, Rear Lift, Flatbed, Skip, Vacuum trucks), perform daily pre-starts, and ensure safe transport and disposal of waste in compliance with site requirements.

HR licence is essential, forklift licence preferred, MSIC eligibility, and you must pass medical and drug screening; you will work independently in a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Heavy Rigid vehicles.
• HR licence is essential.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and in a small team.
• MSIC eligibility required.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diverse fleet including Front Lift, Rear Lift, Flatbed, Skip and Vacuum trucks.
• Safely handle, transport, and dispose of waste in line with site and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-starts and maintain high equipment presentation standards.
• Identify and report hazards, risks and incidents proactively.
