Job summary

ESS is seeking a Site Manager to lead Village Operations at Harmony Gold - Eva Copper, 75km north of Cloncurry. You will manage catering, cleaning and maintenance services, and drive performance across safety, quality, cost and people.

The role offers an 8/6 or 14/7 FIFO roster from Townsville or Brisbane, with flights, accommodation and meals included. You will build strong teams and ensure compliance with Queensland mining safety regulations.

Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector we are looking an experienced Site Manager to take us into our next growth phase at Harmony Gold - Eva Copper, providing hospitality services for approximately 400-1200 residents. Eva Copper is located 75km north of Cloncurry and is poised to become the largest Copper Mine in NW Queensland.

Working with well-regarded clients, the successful candidate will do either an 8/6 or 14/7 roster working 12 hour days and will be fly-in, fly-out ex Townsville or Brisbane, with flights, accommodation and meals included.

About the Candidate

• Experience in Village Management or Assistant Management positions (remote or hospitality sectors)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities
• Strong financial and analytical skills in developing budgets and allocating appropriate resources to ensure a profitable business
• Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective and engaged teams
• Strong knowledge of Qld mining safety regulations
