Job summary

VM Drilling PTY LTD is seeking FIFO RC Grade Control and Exploration Drillers in Western Australia. The role requires leading drill crews, safely operating multiple rigs, and adhering to site safety practices across remote locations.

Applicants with leadership experience and the ability to adapt quickly to different rig models are encouraged. Western Australian residency is required, with Perth-origin FIFO rosters available.

Qualifications

• Valid HR-B (minimum) Driver's Licence.
• National Police Clearance (compliant)
• Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol Screen required.
• WA residential address.
• FIFO positions from Perth are available only.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, maintain and troubleshoot RC drilling rigs.
• Lead and supervise drill crews to deliver productive drilling in line with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with mine site safety systems and procedures.
• Accurately complete drilling, safety and production documentation.
