Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to join our Engineering team in a FIFO role on a 20 days on 20 days off roster. You will perform line and heavy maintenance on Dash 8 aircraft, working 10-hour shifts across AM and PM slots.

Essential qualifications include a B1/B2 LAME license and a DHC-8 Classic type rating, with full Australian working rights. The role offers challenging projects with a national security focus.

Qualifications

• Experienced LAME B1 or B2 licensed heavy and line maintenance experience.
• Hold a DHC8 Classic type rating.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME).
• Ensure maintenance, documentation and certification are carried out per MOE, procedures and CAMO requirements.
• Maintain safety as a core value and contribute to a zero harm environment.
• Perform, implement and maintain shift/task handovers.
• Ensure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed before issue of a CRS.
