Job summary

ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking a FIFO Housekeeping Supervisor to lead cleaning operations at a remote mining village in Central Queensland. The role follows a 9 days on / 5 days off FIFO roster, with a base salary of AUD 96,000 per year excluding super, plus meals, accommodation, and uniforms on site.

You will oversee a team, plan schedules, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with the Site Manager to keep village operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical, PEFA and drug & alcohol screening.
• National Police Clearance within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a housekeeping team to deliver high-quality results.
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly cleaning schedules based on site requirements.
• Promote safety culture and a positive team environment.
• Conduct regular room and facility inspections for compliance and standards.
• Manage stock, supplies, equipment, and ordering.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and other departments to support daily village operations.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
