Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a reliable Handyperson for a FIFO operation at Heathgate Beverley, WA. The role covers maintenance, grounds upkeep and site support in a remote environment, on a 14/7 roster, 11‑hour days, with FIFO from Adelaide.

You must have a Forklift Licence and MR Manual Driver’s Licence, plus experience with power tools and gardening equipment; duties include maintenance of vehicles, sheds, grounds, and safe handling of chemicals.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence and MR Driver’s Licence required.
• Experience in general maintenance or handyperson duties.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and gardening equipment.
• Physically fit, safe and reliability-minded.
• Willing to work a FIFO remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of vehicles, equipment and machinery.
• General upkeep of sheds and storage areas.
• Undertaking basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintenance of site grounds and gardens.
• Receiving, handling, and storing chemicals safely and securely.
• Conducting testing and tagging.
• Planning and executing tasks safely and efficiently.
• Adhering to all site safety, security, and procedural requirements.
