Job summary

Engineering Trades Australia is seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Electrician for a FIFO opportunity in Western Australia. The role features an 8:6 roster with an ASAP start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include electrical maintenance on fixed plant equipment, fault finding, diagnostics, and ensuring safety and compliance with site procedures. WA Electrical Licence and fixed plant experience are essential; mining or resources experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence is required.
• Fixed plant electrical experience is required.
• Mining or resources experience is highly regarded.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment.
• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Complete preventative and breakdown maintenance.
• Assist with electrical installations and upgrades.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures.
