Ventia's Minerals team at Olympic Dam seeks a frontline supervisor to lead civil works and drilling support, coordinating pad construction, road maintenance and earthworks to keep operations on schedule. You will manage a small team, liaise with client stakeholders and drilling crews, and oversee permits, purchasing, maintenance planning and reporting while promoting a strong safety culture.

This role offers an even-time roster with 2 weeks on/off, FIFO camp accommodation and meals, plus

• Experience in supervising civil works in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong safety culture and ability to manage field operations.
