Job summary

East Pilbara Maintenance is seeking a qualified Carpenter for a full-time, permanent FIFO role based in Newman. Join a family-owned, hands-on team delivering residential and commercial carpentry and general maintenance, with clear expectations and direct communication.

You'll work 12-hour days on a FIFO schedule, with company-owned shared housing (including a swimming pool) and solid leave entitlements. White Card and a C-class license are required, with a practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• White Card
• Manual C-Class driver’s license (held for at least 1 year)
• Strong all-round maintenance experience
• Capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial carpentry, framing, fixing, repairs, doors, windows, decking and fit-outs
• General maintenance tasks such as patching, fencing, minor repairs and painting
• Diagnosing issues on site and providing practical, cost-effective solutions
• Working autonomously across scheduled maintenance jobs
• Managing job tasks, photos and close-outs using ServiceM8
