Fortescue is seeking a Supervisor Ancillary for Solomon to lead safe, compliant maintenance of the Ancillary HME fleet on site. The role is FIFO from Perth or Busselton and supports breakdown, shutdown maintenance and strong work management discipline.
You will lead Fortescue and contractor personnel, manage SAP work orders and OEM-recommended maintenance, and cooperate with Planning, Operations and Safety to deliver reliable outcomes.
Competenze
- Proven mobile maintenance supervisory experience in mining.
- Strong safety leadership and WHS knowledge.
- Experience leading trade and contractor teams in high-risk mining environments.
- Proficiency with SAP, planned maintenance, defect management and maintenance execution.
- Ability to develop people, coordinate contractors and engage stakeholders.
